Phoenix Jones is more than just a guy that breaks up fights or tries to interfere with a crime in progress. He helps those in need, stands for something good, and partners up with others that have a cause worth supporting. If a crime is witnessed Phoenix will call the police, make sure the victim is ok and then chase after and catch the criminal.
Once the criminal has been caught, Jones will hold him down until the authorities arrive.
