They let me work the days I wanted to because I worked full time with a different company. Management was easy to work with, even the on site mechanic was helpful when needed.
Pros Travel, free food most places , meeting groups of people. Cons Hurry up, and wait. Standard in the industry.

Holidays are great Spritey colorful music fun gifts and cheer. The clients are kind. Pros Good pay family atmosphere. Cons Good people no cons. Pros Pay. Cons Healthcare sucks. I was able to make a difference when I got in my position as Dispatcher and even more being the GM Assistant. The company was great place to work and given the opportunity in Management position I can really set the stage for business success for everybody also. Pros I help promote new ideas that was used.
Cons My GM had me doing things that fell back on me and not him. Management was ok. Coworkers was nice very clean facility. Awesome vehicles to drive. They kept there cars and busses cleaned. The Auto Mechanics was on top of everything and did there job very well. Do you enjoy working at your company? Help people considering your employer make a good choice. Horrible management! Management is verbally abusive and some of the bus drivers are very threatening when they are not happy.
Beware before you apply to work there. It is not worth it. Toxic place. You show up, do the work and go home unhappy. A paycheck till you find something better. No future at this place. Great stories of moving up but all they are is stories. Driving tour bus is fun. Company cannot be trusted. Ask to break hours in service laws and let you hang if you get caught. They are unprofessional and ruthless.
Fire people at the drop of hat. Extremely hostile work atmosphere. Going downhill. They are not replacing the old buses. Nearly half the fleet is in poor shape. Years ago they disconnected the cruise control on all their fleet and that makes long distance driving difficult. The building in Toledo is owned by the previous owner and needs to be replaced. The parking lot is a mess of puddles and holes.
To work here you have to be a team player The more you work more money you make good customer service is a must Safety is most important must be flexible to work when needed. Serving Lakefront, was rewarding servings the mentally and physically challenged. Wonderful People.
Helpful co workers,getting overtime was doable. Pros Friendly environment. Cons None. It was steady, I loved the workers Ive learn alot with lakefront Management was great everyone worked together to get the job done dealing with breakdowns with charter buses working with people there.
Cons no lunch breaks. I really like Lakefront lines sometimes I wish I hadn't left but we had some issues with my safety so I had to leave. Disabled I really like working with the disabled and my job was fun sometimes sometimes not.
