Anna used a Schwarzkopf toner with a bit of peroxide in it, and my scalp felt like it was on fire. She could see that I was in a lot of pain and loosened the hair near my scalp to make it feel better.
When the toner finally rinsed off, the colour looked fantastic!!! Perfectly even light beige blonde. The pain during the toning was definitely worth it. Overall, I am very happy with Anna and the team at FoLo, who shampooed and conditioned my hair, as well as offering me beverages and sweets.

Alex pulled up a stool, grabbed a pump bottle of healing serum and went to work. Then he started razoring away the carnage. Then he dried and razored some more. Styled and razored yet some more. He basically made my hair his bitch. I cannot tell you how good it looks. I look like a freaking Pantene commercial, is what I look like. So, yeah. This place is awesomesauce. The owners are so nice.
The staff are talented and so, so down to earth. The beverages and sweets are delicious and offered in abundance. Ramone, the resident pooch, likes to be scratched under his collar, FYI.
Claire, Claire, Claire. Allow me to explain. I was unable to book in with Alex, so I booked both cut and color with the amazing and lovely Claire. She understands texture, and she knows what will suit you. And the best part is that she will give you such a fabulous, precision cut that it will look amazing as it grows out.
I got home and looked in the mirror, bracing myself for the worst. So, yeah… Claire. Lina was excellent. Well worth it. They were even cool about storing my Brompton bike. David K.
