The owners of this company will put you on the Frontline every day because while the say that they are cusomters service oriented they really only see their customers as cash cows and they only care about how horrible they are to their customers when they complain. They have no solid platform for training and they expect your work to be flawless but yet their policies and procedures change about every hour.

The owners are so far down your back for minor details that the work environmnt can become very stressful. I've had to relabel merchandise that was soaked with water and covered in mold and what's worse is that they shipped that stuff out to their customers.

They only enforce the rules in their handbook that they want like attendance because they turn around and have a manager dating living and engaged to and employee. I could go on and on but I'm running out of letters. Pros None: they let go of all their really good workers and now it's like high school. Cons Bad management, no room for growth, they don't value the employees who go above and beyond for the customer, they knowingly put you in a position to lie and deceive customers, I've felt insulted by management and I've seen them insult other employees.
