My team is productive and always acknowledge for their performance. Great place to work, advancement is always there. Good crew teammates. Vacation and family time off is always there. You have no life. Forced overtime every day. It's really sad. Understaffed and they think they have to many employees. Everything is about making money and that's it. They do not value there employees well being here mentally and physically. I would never recommend anyone to work here. I won't be here much longer. Pros Nothing. Cons No work life balance.
I was with the company for 4 years in various roles. Most jobs are shift work. I had fun working there and the pay was fair for the work. Cons Zero cons. I worked here as a female sales rep - it was a flexible job with lots of opportunities for fun. Not a great job if you're not into the super late night party scene. Lost a great Colorado culture in the short sidedness of the new CEO. Tons of great talent was able to walk out the door.
